We are a family owned and operated pet store, since 1990, a real Mom and Pop shop that has character and is truly unique in a way that only independently owned shops can be. We are knowledgeable and have many years of experience in the pet business.
We are proud to offer these beautiful "cage free" puppies in a great variety of pedigree and mixed breeds.
Our adorable puppies are happy, healthy and are never caged. They enjoy plenty of room to exercise, play and sleep all while in the comfort of their individual playpens! We also have a large exercise room where they play and also for you to visit with your new best friend.
All our puppies come from approved private breeders that are licensed inspected and regulated. They
come with up to date health certificates, shots appropriate for age, wormings, medical history, breeder information, all pertaining papers, pedigrees and micro chips, and a 1 yr guarantee.
We carry everything that you and your new puppy need to make the transition from our home to yours a pleasant and wonderful event! Who says "You can't buy Happiness"? Enjoy your new puppy!
In addition to our "Puppies to Love" section, Tropic Pets has one of the best selections of tropical fish in Maine. We carry many odd and different species that will add variety and interest to your tank. Our fish are very healthy, nice size and reasonably priced. Very often many fish are on SALE!
We also carry many small animals, including bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and gerbils.
